"When you die, you lose certain things, but not everything. There are certain benefits to being a ghost." -p.225
I think this quote is important because a ghost is telling a girl that might die soon that dying is not everything; that being a ghost is not that bad. In context, Maya (the girl that will die soon) is talking to the ghost about her sister and what she will do her before she is gone. These two sentences I think really wrap up the book in a good manner. It is not the literal end, but it differently projects the main point trying to get across: love is forever between siblings.
