"I told her another one of my favorite Einstein quotes: 'the world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it.' She just looked at me and said, 'how that man went out in public with that hair is beyond me.'" -p. 305
I feel this quote is memorable for many reasons, but mostly because is summarizes the story and the two main characters perfectly. This quote is narrated by Stewart, who is a young genius that has moved in with a new sister after their parents got into a relationship. Stewart is trying to cope with the death of his mother and a new sister who seems to have the intelligence of a rock and the superficiality of a high-fashion super model. Though they sometimes have a difficult time communicating, this quote represents how in the end, no matter how different they are, they're both made of molecules.
