Over the summer I read Reboot, By Amy Tintera and found many interesting quotes. Some were about romance. Some were about fear. But one stuck out more than the others because it's about emotion and has a hint of humor in it. The quote is "Do that thing where you look blank, like you have no feelings at all. I think that's just my face."

This quote shows that Wren doesn't have emotions like us because she is a reboot and was dead for 178 minutes which made her body lose most of the human that was in her. It also shows that people think she has no emotions so they can trust her more and they would never expect her to try and escape from the training facility. This is important because it gives Wren a chance to surprise HARC and escape successfully. That is why I think this is an important quote.

What I can’t regret is the way I got so free and clear.” pg. 173 This was said in by the main protagonist, Chase Ambrose, in the book Restart, written by Gordon Korman. This quote was him talking about how he got out of trouble. There was trouble in the band room and he accidentally bashed a kid in the head with a fire extinguisher in the midst of a fight. So Chase got out of trouble and regretted that. That’s why I think it’s memorable. In the book, Restart , by Gordon Korman, the main character loses all of his memory after falling off of his roof.Then, Chase becomes a whole different person. This quote talks about how Chase got out of trouble from accidentally bashing a kids on their head with a fire extinguisher. And it bothers him that he got no punishment. I

Christopher Caswell "There's only one me." Chase Ambrose pg. 223 I like this quote because it shows Chase taking credit for the actions of his past self.Chase used to be a bully, trouble maker, and a criminal. But since his fall off his roof, he's changed. He's a nicer person, and he feels guilty about what he did in the past. But he takes responsibility for it. That's why I like this quote. At this Moment in the book he's admitting to the character Mr. Solway that he stole his medal of honor. He also didn't drag his two former friends down with him, even though they tried their best to keep him from returning it.
